PaysAll Recharges

PaysAll is merely a distributor of digital goods. PaysAll is a reseller of prepaid mobile recharge services that are ultimately offered by telecommunications service providers (hence referred to as Telco or Telcos) or other distributors or aggregators of such Telcos. PaysAll is not a warranty provider, insurance, or guarantor of the Telcos' services. PaysAll sells prepaid mobile recharge to you with no recourse against PaysAll if the Telcos breach the contract. Any complaints between You (or the recharge recipient) and the Telco regarding the quality, minutes given, cost, expiration, or other aspects of the mobile prepaid recharge purchased must be resolved solely between You (or the recharge recipient) and the Telco. Other prepaid recharge goods available on the PaysAll Platform, such as prepaid recharges for DTH, data card, and toll tags, as well as other prepaid recharge products that may be offered on the PaysAll Platform, are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this section, mutatis mutandis. PaysAll will not be held liable for any recharge failure on the part of any of its recharge partners.

Refund Policy

On the PaysAll Platform, all prepaid recharge sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges available. You are liable for the cellphone number or DTH account number for which the prepaid recharge was purchased, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. You are also responsible for data card and toll-tag recharge information, as well as any charges incurred as a result of those purchases. PaysAll is not liable for any prepaid recharge purchases made with an erroneous cellphone number, DTH account number, or toll or data card details. However, if money has been charged to Your card by You on the PaysAll Platform and a recharge has not been delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the transaction, You must notify us by sending message to our customer service address listed on the PaysAll Platform's 'Contact Us' page. Include the following information in your e-mail: cellphone number (or DTH account number, data card or toll-tag information), operator name, recharge value, transaction date, and order number. PaysAll will look into the incident and, if it is discovered that money was charged to Your card or wallet without delivery of the recharge, You will be refunded within 1-2 working days to your PaysAll wallet.

Bill Payments

You will need access to the World Wide Web or the Internet, on any other device that can access web-based material, and you will also need to pay any service costs associated with such access in order to use the bill payments service or any other PaysAll Service. PaysAll reserves the right to add to or remove from this list of billers or types of payment accounts that can be used to make payments to a biller at any time. Depending on the biller's criteria, the type and range of payment accounts that can be utilised to make payments may vary. When using specific types of payment accounts in relation to a biller, there may be additional fees/charges. Depending on whether a card or a bank account is used to give the payment instruction, the terms under which a payment can be made to a biller may differ either (a) by sending an online debit/charge instruction to a payment account or (b) by setting up an automated debit to a payment account. You agree to the following terms by using the bill paying service:
 1) give truthful, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself ("Registration Data"), your payment account information ("Payment Data"), and your biller information ("Biller Data"); and

2) Maintain and immediately update the Registration Data, Payment Data, and Biller Data to ensure that they are always true, accurate, current, and complete. PaysAll has the right to suspend or terminate Your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the PaysAll Services/PaysAll Platform if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if PaysAll has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete (or any portion thereof).
